In Brief : Daz is a product of the ever talented EDFC Youth system. Brother to goal scoring legend Gary, Daz plies his trade at the other end of the pitch as a centre back, tho there are some distinctve similarities between the two. Darren has quick feet and is very good on the ball. Excellent in the air and his good balance helps against the larger more physical teams, as he's not the bulkiest of lads (unlike his large brother). A solid and very useful addition to the mighty Downs! Even tho he looks about 12!
